Keyboard shortcuts can save you time accessing WipeQ commands and features. Here’s an overview of available keyboard shortcuts:



Ctrl + e – Erase Drives

  • All computers have very sensitive data stored, erasing the drives would ables you to clear all data from your computers


Ctrl + o – Open Order’s List

  • View all the orders you have created and view their statuses.


Ctrl + p – Print Asset Label

  • Print labels for identification of the computers


Ctrl + s – Since Asset to Portal

  • Sync your machines to your necessary databases


Ctrl + x – Shutdown Computer


Ctrl + u – Scanning UID

  • Scan UIDs to match your computers to your orders, for origins and tracking information.


Ctrl + j – Eject Optical Drive

  • Test function for viewing what computer you are working on.


Ctrl + m – Select Multiple Printers

  • If you want to print labels to more than one printer.


Ctrl + d – Default Order Setting

  • If you’ve made a mistake or want to start over an order.


Ctrl + g – Go to Grading Tab

  • Navigate if you need to put in your grading information on your products.


Ctrl + Enter – Go to the Previous Page

  • Move back to the previous page.


Shift + Enter – Go to Next Page

  • Move forward to the next page.
